Noah kicked back in his seat taking a longer drink of his beer before looking over at Audrey. "So how are things with you? I didn't ask you before." He sat up a little looking over at her curiously even if he was a little on the tipsy side. Tonight he'd decided to relax no matter what it took for him to get there, knowing that the more stressed he was the worse it would be on Zoey and his dad to be around him. The bar might not be the nicest he'd ever seen but it would do the job. Noah didn't mind getting wasted but he really wasn't sure if he wanted to do it in front of someone else especially someone that had been as nice to him as Audrey.

I hate it when she's unhappy.
